Everything you need to know:

  • • Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Additional guests must be verified with hosts.

    • No parties, party buses, or party vans.

    • No smoking or drugs on-premise. Smoking indoors will incur +$1000 odor cleaning fee.

    • Respect the neighborhood. No large audio equipment, excessive noise, littering or loitering allowed.

    • Respect Outdoor Quiet Hours: 10PM - 7AM Weekdays 10PM - 10AM Weekends & Holidays

    If shuttling/ubering to and from the property after quiet hours, please be mindful of sleeping neighbors and do not loiter on the street.

    It's important for us to maintain good relationships with the neighborhood in order for us to continue renting out our space.

  • Complimentary early check-in and late check-out is based on availability!

    If available early check-in is at 1PM. Late checkout extends to 1PM.

    To confirm early check-in or late check-out please reach out 24hrs before arrival / departure.

  • Yes we charge a per pet per stay fee. Pricing is based on size of property.

    Edens Garden: $75 per pet

    Huna House: $95

    Wildflower Cottage: $110

    Club Brooks: $95

    All homes are fully fenced however certain areas where fencing has degraded may have openings large enough for small dogs to squeeze through.

  • Parties are strictly prohibited.

  • We follow a strict cancellation policy. You’ll get a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of booking, as long as your check-in date is at least 14 days away.

  • Guest’s always pay 100% upfront

  • Pools are open year round however only 2 can be heated.

    Pool heating fee:

    Huna House: $50 per day

    Edens Garden: $30 per day

    Must be heated for duration of your stay

    Hot tubs and saunas operate all year round. Hot tubs stay heated at all times.
